All our packaging and advertising design services are delivered in digital file format. We adopt an efficient delivery model with no physical finished products. Once the service is confirmed, you can quickly obtain the design source files and high-resolution renderings.

II. Three-step delivery of design deliverables

Confirmation of Completion: The design project has been completed according to the agreed requirements and has been confirmed and accepted by you or has met the delivery standards;

System backup: The system automatically organizes the design source files, high-definition renderings and related supporting documents for the corresponding project;

To receive files: Download or extract them directly from the "Order Details Page", or check your registered email (including spam) for the delivery link.

III. Time Commitment

Delivery documents are typically obtained within 5 minutes.

In special circumstances (large files, concentrated orders), the maximum processing time is 30 minutes. If you have not received your order after 30 minutes, please contact customer service.

IV. Important Notes
