一、core policy principles

Sichuan Jizheng Canhao Technology Co., Ltd.'s [Jzxh556] design service platform focuses on providing instant digital design services such as packaging design and advertising design. Because design services are customized, and the intellectual labor value generated after delivery is irrevocable, returns and refunds without a reason are generally not supported. A transaction with successful delivery of the design deliverables is considered the final transaction.

 

II. Situations where refunds are not supported

The design status is "Delivered" or "Transaction Completed": You have confirmed the design requirements and completed the payment, and the system clearly shows that the design deliverables have been delivered.

Incorrect description of personal needs: Due to your own reasons such as failing to clearly explain the design requirements or providing incorrect information (such as size, style, applicable scenarios), the design results do not meet expectations.

The service is already in use: After the design deliverables were delivered, you used the files for actual use scenarios such as printing, distribution, and forwarding.

Change of personal will: After purchase, due to personal reasons, the needs are changed and the design service or deliverable is no longer needed.

Unused beyond the expiration date: You have confirmed receipt of the design deliverables and have not made any reasonable modification requests beyond the agreed free modification period.

Friendly reminder: Before submitting your order, please make sure to clearly and in detail your design requirements, and only pay after confirming that everything is correct!

 

III. Circumstances under which a refund can be requested

You may contact customer service to request a refund only in the following special circumstances, and we will process it according to the actual situation:

Duplicate payment: Due to network delays, you have made multiple payments for the same design order.

Delivery failure due to system/service failure: Due to a failure of our platform or the design team's failure to complete the service as agreed, you have paid but have not successfully obtained the design deliverables.

Our service information is incorrect: The platform mistakenly sent inaccurate service information (such as incorrect design scope, delivery standards, or number of modifications), which prevented you from using the service normally after purchasing it.

Other situations requiring a refund as stipulated by law.

 

IV. Refund Application Process

Contact us: Within 24 hours of discovering the issue, contact us via our customer service email address jizhengchan@Outlook.com.

Required materials: A unique order number, design requirements description, detailed problem description, screenshot of successful payment, proof of delivery failure/service exception, etc.

Review and Refund: After receiving the application, the customer service team will complete the review within 1-7 business days. If the application meets the requirements, a refund will be initiated, and the funds will be returned to the original payment account. The arrival time depends on the payment platform.
